Etegami Yasai gift Set of 4

This gift set contains four rice bowls, packaged in an elegant black gift box with Omotenashi branding. The ceramic bowls are a part of the story of the year-’round harvest in Japan with Etegami style artwork featuring ‘Paprika’ (Capsicum), the fruit of the Spring thaw, ‘Akakabu’ (Red Turnip), the root heralding the arrival of Summer, ‘Nasu’ (Eggplant), the harvest of the hottest time of year, and ‘Kabocha’ (Pumpkin) as the weather starts to cool again. The outer of the bowls are finished in a range of bright hues, each showing the strokes of the hand that applied that layer.
