Delivery is currently to Australia only, and we offer a number of shipping options:
Standard Delivery for $15.00 on orders under $150 and FREE for all orders over $150
Express Delivery is available for $50.00

Your order will be on its way in 1-2 business days, and we’ll update you with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our Brisbane warehouse. We work with a number of delivery partners based on your location, however you can always contact us directly if you have any questions about the delivery of your order. We will always endeavour to get in touch with you if there are any delays or updates with your order.
If your order is returned to us because your delivery was refused or not collected, you’ll need to pay the cost for re-delivery, regardless of your order total, so please get in touch if you have any questions about the status of your order.
If you aren’t happy with your order from Omotenashi.com.au please get in touch as soon as possible. We can offer a change-of-mind return or exchange within 14 days, as long as the packaging and product are still in saleable condition, but please note this will attract a 10% restocking fee, and you’ll need to cover the cost of the return postage to our warehouse. If there is an issue with your product, for example if it’s faulty or not as described, we can offer a return for refund or replacement at no cost to you. Just reach out to our friendly team for help.
All Omotenashi products are covered by the warranty guarantees set out by the ACCC. If you need to contact us about an issue with your order from omotenashi.com.au, please reach out with the form above, or contact our Australian distributor, Oceania Trade Link. While we’re happy to help with inquiries about our products purchased in-store or online from other stores, you will need to reach out to your original retailer about any warranty claims.
